During our live videos all cards are opened from their packs and the hits are directly placed into top loaders. The cards are shipped in these top loaders and placed in bubble mailers. We do not accept any responsibility for damaged cards because of the great care we put into keeping them in perfect condition. If a card happens to come out of a pack already damaged (which we hope never happens) we always make note of it during the video so the issue can be taken up with the card company. We make sure our customers get the best service and in some cases we will even call the company to set up a replacement card ourselves.
